This specific massage targets the feet and the reflex points in them to help bring the body back into homeostasis. A back, neck and shoulder massage is included.

If you are suffering from swollen hands, feet, low back pain, or other aches and pains that often accompany pregnancy, this is the massage you need. During your massage, you'll rest in comfort on our pregnancy pillow.  When 13 weeks has arrived, a massage is usually safe and beneficial for both the mother and baby. Please consult your OB/GYN prior to your massage.
