Steam Treatments Health conscious individuals recognize that steam is the most natural way to detoxify and cleanse the body and it can be accomplished quickly and effectively once the body reaches hyperthermia (101-103 degrees). The human body stores a mixture of toxins in the lymphatic system in the cell walls and in actual fat cells.
