At Absolute Perfection we are devoted exclusively to you, and your time will not be interrupted. Therefore, the telephone will not be answered when you are in a treatment room. If we do not pick up the telephone when you call for an appointment, please leave your name and number and we will return you call as soon as possible. We recommmend that you schedule your next appointment after each treatment (if possible). A deposit is required for large parties or multiple services, and children are welcome by appointment only.

Due to the committed time of our technicians and limited availability we request 24 hour notice of cancellation. A credit card or deposit will be required for spa packages or parties of 2 or more, and will be used in the event that notice is not given. There is a $10 cancellation fee and a forfeiture of 1/2 of the value of all spa packages and gift certificates. NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS.
