We are excited to introduce our newest addition, Yoga.

We wanted a way to soothe not only your mind and body but your soul too. We offer a variety of classes that are not only beneficial for beginners but for the experienced yogi too. Yoga improves flexibility,  improves strength, helps with circulation, the nervous system, helps with depression and anxiety.


We have 11 classes and great teachers we offer through the week.
